This widget offers a quote request form that does NOT require a user to log in. It's designed for the use cases when you would like to quote a user through a third-party system and do not wish to store their contact info within Wix's CRM.

If you would like users who submit quote requests to be created in Wix's contacts section, please delete this widget and add the first item from our app, titled "Cart Quote Request Form." 

 

Quote requests submitted using this form can NOT be converted into quotes on Wix's backend. You will, however, still see the contents of the quote request and be able to capture the users' information.
